It is critical when evaluating lithium-ion cells to have high precision (low noise) and high accuracy to ensure measurements are reliable and repeatable. Novonix’s high precision charger systems allow for comparison measurements of cell performance in only a few weeks instead of months or years of long term cycling. When used with a properly controlled temperature, these systems are capable of measuring coulombic efficiency with a precision of 20 ppm and accuracy of 50 ppm.
